Membership

The Inner Circle is an exclusive leadership community operated by Warrior Group. By applying for and accepting membership, you agree to the following terms:

• Membership is by application only. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Warrior Group.
• Membership plans (monthly, 6-month, and annual) auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial periods.
• Free trial periods, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Content & Intellectual Property

All content provided through The Inner Circle platform is the exclusive property of Warrior Group and its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

• Leadership playbooks and companion decks
• Leadership Live session recordings
• Onboarding materials and frameworks
• Any other educational or community content

Members may not download, copy, share, redistribute, record, or reproduce any content from the platform. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or content with non-members is strictly prohibited.

Acceptable Use

As a member of The Inner Circle, you agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of all discussions, strategies, and materials shared within the community
• Refrain from soliciting, spamming, or promoting outside businesses to other members without explicit permission from Warrior Group
• Treat all community members, leaders, and staff with respect and professionalism
• Use the platform and its content solely for your personal professional development

Payment & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice to existing members.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access until the payment issue is resolved.
• Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and may not be combined unless explicitly allowed.

Limitation of Liability

All content provided through The Inner Circle is for educational and informational purposes only. Warrior Group does not guarantee specific business outcomes and is not liable for any business decisions made based on materials or advice provided through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warrior Group's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

• You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Warrior Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms, at its sole discretion.
• Upon termination, access to all content, community features, and member resources is immediately revoked.
• No refund will be issued for termination due to terms violation.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
